Daycare Cook
Job Description
Child Care Cook ~must possess food handlers safety certificate ~must possess current Standard FA/CPR Level C with AED ~Clear Vulnerable Police Check ~prepare nutritious and delicious according to our menu for 45-90 children ~attention of details; mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions ~follow policies and procedures set by Waterloo Health Unit ~follow Elite Policies, including updated policies for Covid, Must be able to ADAPT ~keep a clean and orderly kitchen ~responsible for daily paperwork; water flushing, fridge/freezer temps, dishwasher and food temps ~complete and submit grocery list on Wednesdays Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $19.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
