We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized

Administrative Coordinator

to support our Edmonton centre. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and combines strong administrative expertise with knowledge of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities



Process child registrations and maintain accurate records Provide tours to prospective families and build positive relationships Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism Support directors and educators with daily operations Assist in creating and maintaining staff schedules Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications & Skills



Prior office/administrative experience Level 2 or 3 Child Care Certification (or equivalent) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, adaptable, and fluent in English Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems Knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations (preferred) Current Criminal Record Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.46-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
