Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Student Services & Administrative Coordinator. This remote, temporary position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has experience with online communication, scheduling, and administration.   • Pay rate: $25/hour.

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing messages across email, phone, and messaging platforms, including communication with clients, leads, partners, and internal team members
  • Provide timely, professional responses and proactively follow up to support scheduling, coordination, and next steps
  • Handle social media DMs and connections (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) and ensure all messages are addressed or routed appropriately
  • Coordinate appointments across time zones, manage team calendars, and ensure meetings are confirmed and prepared for
  • Track client progress using CRM or project tools, update notes or statuses, and triage simple support requests
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain and update internal documents
  • Support the creation of SOPs and presentation slides
  • Run or update basic reports, track action items, and conduct light research
  • Provide informal feedback on content (e.g., blog posts) from a reader's perspective
  • Keep workflows and knowledge assets organized
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Monday, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable navigating platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for basic outreach (DMs, follows, comments)
  • Prior experience in admin, client service, education, or professional services is a strong asset
