Job Description

The Data Technician oversees all technology, production systems, and internal workflows that support all aspects of our business. This role manages a small technical team, maintains internal network and server infrastructure, and provides both internal and external IT support. The position is responsible for the setup, repair, and lifecycle management of laptops, printers, and various print production systems. They lead the development, testing, and maintenance of internal tools (primarily Python based automation scripts) that streamline high-volume image processing and studio operations such as cropping and image ingest.
The role also includes maintaining several company web properties, supporting school clients and customers over email and phone, and producing documentation and training resources to ensure smooth seasonal operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
