As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a
detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Processing Specialist
to help us manage our data systems, improve operational efficiency, and keep our behind-the-scenes processes running smoothly.
Position Overview
As a
Data Processing Specialist
, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate business records, managing restaurant data (inventory, orders, scheduling, and financial tracking), and supporting management with organized, reliable information for day-to-day decisions.
You'll work closely with our administrative and operations teams to streamline reporting, track key metrics, and support the smooth functioning of our busy northern kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Input, verify, and update business and operational data across multiple systems.
Generate accurate reports for management on sales, inventory, and staffing.
Maintain organized digital and paper records for financial and supplier documentation.
Track vendor invoices, supply orders, and customer transactions.
Support the operations team with scheduling, data cleanup, and record audits.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve them quickly.
Assist in improving data flow and system efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in data entry, administration, or operations support (1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of accounting or inventory systems is an asset.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of initiative.
