Data Management Specialist
to lead the development and implementation of data governance practices that support technical data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data within our product lifecycle management environment.

Develop and maintain data management strategies and systems.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Fleetway and ISI standards.
Analyze and improve data quality across technical documentation and databases.
Support the creation of complete and accurate technical data packages for ship projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and enable data-driven decision-making.
Education
Degree or Diploma in
Computer Science

, or a related field.
Experience & Requirements:
5-8+ years of proven work experience as a Data Management Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
