• Accurate and timely entry of large volumes of data into the Maximo system.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while inputting information related to site turnaround processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Monitor data integrity within the Maximo system, promptly identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding any issues or discrepancies encountered during data entry.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in managing workload and meeting project deadlines.
• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of all data entry requirements.
• Exercise critical thinking and speak up if inconsistencies or errors are identified in the data.
• Maintain a high level of concentration and focus to minimize errors and ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Embrace a positive attitude towards data entry tasks, demonstrating a genuine passion for the role.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in data entry with demonstrable experience in handling large quantities of data accurately.
• Familiarity with Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and address any issues promptly.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Ability to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods to ensure accurate data entry.
• Willingness to speak up and address concerns regarding data quality or process improvements.
• Availability to work within the office hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for overtime if required.
• Enthusiasm for data entry and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of site turnaround projects.
