Come join our team! Busy, growing pet food company in Erin, ON is looking to add a Data Entry Coordinator to our team! The Data Entry Coordinator is involved with the management of SAP, production scheduling, purchasing and order entry. The role is responsible for all aspects of SAP data entry for both manufacturing facilities, which includes entering sales orders, production orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and assists other members of the production and logistics team as required. Working closely with the master schedule and logistics supervisor, this position is a key position on our production team and supports multiple departments. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Using SAP Business one, this position will be responsible for the following:
  • Entering sales orders received from our distribution partners across North America.
  • Daily scanning and entering of production documentation into the SAP database.
  • Updating, releasing and closing production orders daily.
  • Entering goods receipt POs from the receiving department.
  • Assisting logistics department with inventory.
  • Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data related to production planning, order entry and inventory.
  • Ensuring data is updated daily and in a timely fashion, to facilitate the flow of production.
  • Communicating potential issues or discrepancies within the system.
Filing both production and food safety documentation in designated location. Qualifications:
  • 1+ year working with an ERP, preferably SAP Business One, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred, however specific experience in an ERP/SAP Data Entry role will be considered as long as specific industry & ERP knowledge can be demonstrated.
  • Must be very detail oriented and able to maintain a fast and accurate pace with minimal errors.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data for accuracy and identify issues and gaps in the system.
  • Good understanding of the manufacturing process & flow - from order entry to shipping, demonstrating strategic thinking skills.
  • Should possess strong communication skills to build and sustain good working relationships with the team, be flexible and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Office products particularly MS Excel.
