Job Description

We are an established comprehensive medical clinic providing services to almost 50,000 patients through our team of 40 family doctors in East Toronto. We have an immediate opening for a new contract role as a Data and Reporting analyst.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Manager & CFO, the

Data and Reporting Analyst

will play a key role in establishing monthly tracking for key metrics within the clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and prepare monthly data on new patient enrollment Reconcile Ministry of Health reporting to our local Electronic Medical Record and initiate corrections as needed Improve overall data hygiene within clinic EMR and identify areas for improvement Support modelling of physician billing compliance with MOH standards Participate in special projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction. Any other internal reporting as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Required

Post-secondary education in Business, Data Science or related field Strong skills in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word Basic programming and data extraction knowledge

Preferred

Knowledge of Telus PSS is an asset

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with the ability to exercise mature judgment, decision-making, time management, planning, prioritization, and organization skills Strong analytical skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
