Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decision-making
- Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power Bi or Looker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data analysis
- Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, or VBA
- Experience working with databases and server environments
- Familiarity with the Agile and business analysis methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with data visualization tools such as looker or Power BI
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis or machine learning algorithms
- Experience in power platform.
