Duties

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau and Power BI to communicate key insights effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies to deliver data-driven solutions within project timelines. Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and performance. Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements. Support project management activities throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Create detailed documentation using Visio and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting efficiency. Perform analysis using Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data extraction and automation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL, R, Python, and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. Familiarity with SDLC processes, project management frameworks, and Agile methodologies. Excellent business analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in VBA scripting for automation purposes. Knowledge of analysis skills related to database management, visualization tools, and statistical methods. Experience working with Unix/Linux environments using Bash scripting is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Pay: $25.27-$70.05 per hour
