The Data Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for analyzing data that will identify opportunities for increasing process efficiencies and the optimal use of organizational resources.

The role requires a combination of technical skills and business acumen to work with business stakeholders in the translation of data and requirements to create meaningful reports. This role further requires hands-on experience with Financial Planning Systems such as SAP Analytic Cloud. In this role, you will also support and manage the SAC Analytic Apps User Interface including being hands on with SAC story building, data actions, and allocations. Finally, having a vast technical skill set in dashboards, visualizations, calculations, financial metrics, and KPIs will be crucial to achieving team goals.



Duties and Responsibilities

Work with internal business areas to define business data models and reporting requirements\xc3\x82

Perform complex data analysis that require critical thinking and report development activities

Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence strategy via critical assessment of emerging data management technologies, and gain a deep understanding of business processes and tools

Design and implement report templates using a variety of tools, including the ability to develop scripts for those tools

Create complex financial dashboards and top notch visualization

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x8bKnowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Finance/Business with relevant experience plus 5 + years of experience in a similar role\xc3\x82 and 3+ years experience in SAP Analytic Cloud planning and/or Planning work streams for large or complex systems\xc3\x82

Hands-on experience in SAC, financial planning, designing/implementing data models, and visualization is required

Strong understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, planning forecasting, etc.

Experience working with Finance teams

Experience in other BI reporting and visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
