The Data Analyst will play a key role in delivering reporting, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives by working with large, complex datasets spanning customer, network, and other business domains. This position focuses on building accurate and reliable reports, supporting robust data pipelines, and generating actionable insights that empower data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities Include:

Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support business and operational teams Write efficient and scalable SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data Support data engineering activities, including data ingestion, transformation, and validation Assist in preparing datasets for advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions Perform data quality checks and help improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles Strong SQL skills Hands-on experience with Azure data products (Azure Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL) Experience with BI tools (e.g., Databricks Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of data modeling concepts Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Understanding of AI/ML concepts Knowledge of data governance and privacy best practices Telecom industry experience
