Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Enhancement Coordinator. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Additionally, you will provide valuable support in various administrative tasks to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:



CRM Maintenance:



Review and analyze membership data within the CRM system for accuracy and completeness. Identify and rectify duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for CRM data management.

CRM Development:



Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to optimize customer interactions. Work on customizing and configuring CRM modules to meet specific organizational needs. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues.

Administrative Assistance:



Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, file management, and document preparation. Assist in organizing and maintaining office records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Support the team in preparing reports, and general office tasks.

Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their CRM requirements and address their data-related needs. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information.

Qualifications:



Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in using CRM, and/or Management Information Systems. Basic understanding of database management principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
