Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and experience working with children. As a Dance Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating young dancers, fostering their creativity, and helping them develop their skills in a fun and engaging environment. This position requires enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons that cater to various skill levels and age groups. Educate students on dance techniques, styles, and choreography. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity. Organize and participate in recitals or performances to showcase students' progress. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and class activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes.

Requirements

Proven experience in dance instruction or related fields, particularly with children. Criminal Record Check Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents. A passion for dance and the ability to inspire others through movement. Ability to create lesson plans that are both educational and enjoyable for students.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
