Cybersecurity Business Consultant
, you will play a critical role in growing our Buildings Cybersecurity business by developing opportunities, crafting solutions, and advising customers at every level -- from facility managers to the C-suite. You will partner with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading cybersecurity offerings that protect operational technology (OT) environments and drive measurable outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Honeywell's Buildings Cybersecurity portfolio
Engage with clients across multiple verticals to assess cybersecurity needs (endpoint protection, patch management, OT infrastructure, etc.)
Educate and support internal sales teams, account managers, and business units to integrate cybersecurity into contracts and offerings
Lead customer-facing engagements including RFP support, proof of concepts, trade shows, and executive presentations
Collaborate with technical experts and external partners to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
Drive accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
Achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining strong client relationships
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise IT, or critical infrastructure markets
5+ years experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
Valid passport with ability to travel internationally on occasion
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Canada with limited international travel as required
Valid G (in Ontario) or Class 5 driver's license (in Quebec)

Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or Six Sigma

Responsabilites principales
Developper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies commerciales afin de developper le portefeuille de cybersecurite des batiments de Honeywell
Collaborer avec des clients issus de multiples secteurs verticaux afin d'evaluer leurs besoins en matiere de cybersecurite (protection des terminaux, gestion des correctifs, infrastructure OT, etc.)
Former et aider les equipes commerciales internes, les responsables de compte et les unites commerciales a integrer la cybersecurite dans les contrats et les offres
Diriger les interactions avec les clients, notamment l'assistance pour les appels d'offres, les preuves de concept, les salons professionnels et les presentations aux dirigeants
Collaborer avec des experts techniques et des partenaires externes pour concevoir et presenter des solutions de cybersecurite sur mesure
Assurer une gestion precise du pipeline, des previsions et des rapports dans Salesforce
Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de croissance tout en maintenant de solides relations avec les clients
Vous devez avoir
Baccalaureat en commerce, en ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe
Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans les domaines de la cybersecurite, du SaaS, de l'informatique d'entreprise ou des infrastructures critiques
Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans la collaboration avec des cadres superieurs et l'exercice d'une influence sur ceux-ci
Passeport valide et capacite a voyager a l'etranger a l'occasion
Disponibilite a voyager jusqu'a 50 % du temps, principalement au Canada, avec quelques deplacements internationaux si necessaire
Permis de conduire G (en Ontario) ou classe 5 (au Quebec) valide
