Job Description

Fed IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT recruitment. We work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
We are currently looking for a cybersecurity analyst for one of our customers. This is a permanent, hybrid position. Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $100,000).
Your duties will include :

• Contribute to the development, implementation and updating of global safety policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure security policies comply with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
• Regularly review and update security policies to address evolving cyber threats.
• Manage and configure various security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, data loss prevention (DLP) systems and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
• Continuously monitor the performance and effectiveness of security tools, and make adjustments as necessary to improve the organization\'s security posture
• Work with IT teams to integrate security tools and ensure continuity of security operations.
• Monitor and maintain network security controls to protect the organization\'s network infrastructure
• Implement and manage access controls, encryption and network segmentation to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access
• Analyze security data and provide actionable recommendations for management review
• Participate in internal and external security audits and compliance assessments to validate adherence to security policies and industry standards.
