Job description:

We are looking for a talented senior Cybersecurity analyst. This is a permanent position. The work is hybrid and begins in November 2023. Exciting technologies and intriguing challenges await you.

Responsibilities :

Threat and Vulnerability Management:

• Continuously monitor and analyze the organization\'s security posture.

• Identify and evaluate potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Conduct and analyze penetration tests to assess our defenses.

• Participate in red team/blue team exercises to simulate cybersecurity incidents.

Device Management and Integration:

• Ensure proper security measures are in place and routinely audited for all network hardware.

Cloud Security:

• Ensure the security of the company\'s Azure environment by implementing best practices, monitoring activities, and responding to potential threats.

• Integrate and manage Microsoft Defenders in our cloud and on-premises environments.

Security Information and Event Management (SIEM):

• Expertise in deploying, managing, and utilizing Sentinel for real-time threat detection, analysis, and response.

Incident Response:

• Lead and participate in the company\xe2\x80\x99s incident response team, ensuring rapid response to any security breaches or incidents.

• Collaborate with the purple team to enhance our cybersecurity defenses and response capabilities.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Clearly communicate technical cybersecurity concerns and updates to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate cybersecurity measures into daily operations.

• Offer guidance and mentoring to junior cybersecurity team members.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.

• Attend relevant training and achieve certifications to further enhance job proficiency.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and tackle challenges swiftly.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role.

• Proven strong experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender and Azure

• Hands-on experience in penetration testing.

• Hands-on experience in participating or leading red team, blue team, and purple team activities.

• Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in French is nice asset.

• Relevant certifications like Azure Security, etc. are a plus.

• Security governance (asset)
