Border Brokers is currently seeking a

Customs Release Technician

to join our amazing team. We are looking for someone that can provide a strong level of professionalism, excellent customer service, & has a great work ethic.

Duties & responsibilities:

Contact clients for additional information on import documents & other forms Compile, verify accuracy, sort information, & prepare source data for computer entry for customs clearance documentation Maintain database & establish entry priorities Review data for completeness/correctness Scan/print documents & compile back up documents for file storage Respond to queries for information Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications required:

CCS designation or customs brokerage experience an asset Ability to prioritize workload & work alone Background in Data Entry Demonstrated ability in Customer Service Meticulous attention to detail Terrific team player Excellent multi-tasking skills Superb computer skills with minimum typing ability of 45 wpm Proficient with MS office Capability to problem solve or escalate tactfully
