Customs Release Specialist

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Open client files, enter data, validate information, verify credit, and handle invoicing. Obtain any additional information or documents needed from clients, suppliers, carriers, Customs, and other Axxess offices when required. Identify changes to be made to profiles and notify the intermediate or senior pricing specialist. Communicate regularly and answer basic questions from clients and truck drivers.

What we are looking for:

You are bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with future colleagues and clients located across Canada and worldwide. You have studied logistics or a related field. You have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder. You are autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
