The Role
The Customer Support Intern will work under the supervision of our Senior Client Support Specialist and will be responsible for assisting in answering customer calls and inquiries, providing quality customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and feel comfortable employing these skills in a high-volume call environment. Candidates should also be able to explain technical aspects to customers using easy-to-understand language and will be assigned various related tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:


  • Assist users via phone, email or online chat and provide superior, friendly customer service to all customers.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting of computer-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed and pending tasks.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Completed or working towards completing a degree/diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Is an awesome team player with a positive attitude.
  • Has knowledge on customer service and IT best practices.
  • Industry experience is an asset.
