Join ECS as a Virtual Customer Support Agent. ECS Virtual Support Agents choose from many clients to provide support for customers from the comfort of their homes. Levels of support include coordinating roadside assistance for stranded motorists, assisting customers in navigating tax companies\' websites, and assisting individuals in scheduling medical appointments, in naming a few. Full-time base pay for ECS agents is $10-14.25/hour for 40 hours or more per week. Part-time income is $7.25-13/hour part-time for 25 - 39 hours per week (willingness to commit to 25 hours or more per week). ECS also includes bonuses and incentives based on hours worked. All hours/shifts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The earnings potential is $23,000 over $40,000 per year.
