Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties



1. Customer Support & Order Processing

Handle clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Create/update orders, shipments, and credits. Coordinate with logistics for pick up. Maintain order sheets entries; ensure address/SKU/pricing accuracy.
2. Cross-Team Coordination

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams; align timelines and deliverables. Consolidate client requests, clarify requirements/ETAs, and follow through to resolution.
3. Client Correspondence

Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on usage. Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare brief status notes/weekly summaries.
4. Basic Office Administration

Simple office maintenance & admin support: scheduling, filing, meeting prep, supplies check.

Requirements



2+ years in customer service/order processing/account coordination or similar client-facing role. Language: Fluent English & Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus. High responsibility and attention to detail; strong follow-through. Clear business writing; calm, professional approach to complaints. Nice to have: E-commerce/wholesale experience; basic understanding of shipping/returns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
