The Opportunity
Introhive is currently looking for our next Customer Success Manager to join the Hive! We are a growing organization with loads of opportunity and a varied day-day that would keep anyone engaged and excited! This position can be located remotely within Canada or the US. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going success, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring retention.
Your Responsibilities
CSMs are an essential component of Introhive\xe2\x80\x99s success. As the chosen candidate you must have a strong understanding of our Customers\xe2\x80\x99 business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers\xe2\x80\x99 strategic business goals.
