Fully Promoted is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team!Position: Production and Customer Service Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their promotional product needs, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Manage production tasks, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience from inquiry to fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some Experience using Coral Draw and strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or production preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
