Position Overview: We are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Technical Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support related to installation troubleshooting, software usage, and application support. Utilizing your analytical and organizational skills, you will assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Join us on this journey toward excellence in smart building control at ENA Solution. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inbound/outbound technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage projects involving remote installers, including coordination, troubleshooting, and answering installer questions.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of ENA products, effectively communicate issues and areas for improvement
  • Oversee project management of contract installers and resolve operational issues.
  • Update documentation and instructional videos.
  • Document, track and drive resolution of issues using HubSpot ticketing.
  • Conduct customer install audits.
Requirements:
  • University or College education in a technical field is a must. HVAC Knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes to ensure we provide the best customer journey possible.
  • Proven ability to learn on the go.
  • Customer-centric "get it done" attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills (proficient in written and spoken English).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on customer and partner feedback.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel, teams) software
About the Position:
  • Part-time position: minimum 20 - up to 40 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 2 weekends per month.
  • In-office attendance is mandatory. Our office is located in downtown Calgary, a 5-minute walk from the c-train.
