We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic Customer Care team. Join our Customer Care team make an impact by providing customer front-line excellence support by servicing internal and external clients in the Health Care industry. The Customer Care Representative processes customer orders and responds to customer inquiries over the phone.

This role is remote with on-site presences 1X month at our Vaughan head-office. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9:00AM \xe2\x80\x93 5:00PM EST.
Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Assist department leaders with achieving overall department SLAs.
Provide updates to department leaders on process or performance issues and opportunities.
Assist the team with task management and execute team tasks when needed.
Support team phone, email and/or task evaluations for accuracy and coaching recommendations
Participate in team huddles and provide team performance overviews and process updates.
Update process and training documents and provide training to team members.
Managing multiple software and inboxes simultaneously to accurately identify answers for customers.
Adapting to new assignments and a fast pace changing environment
Creating an exceptional customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing success of Cardinal Health Canada
Other duties as required to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information.

The Job might be for you if you:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment interacting with internal and external customers and 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
You possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
You\xe2\x80\x99ve proven multi-tasking and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
You\xe2\x80\x99re motivated to learning new software, JD Edwards experience is preferred.
Experience with ERP, Order Management tools or CRMs preferred.
You\xe2\x80\x99re meticulous and excel in interpersonal and communication skills.
You enjoy working with different computer applications simultaneously.
Post-Secondary Education preferred.
