We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Lead for our Four Seasons Rentals in North Parallel, Abbotsford Location. We have Full-Time Seasonal position. The hourly rate is between $21 and $23 depending on work background and experience.

The Customer Service Representative is a vital role in ensuring our customers\xe2\x80\x99 vacation dreams are realized. The lead will act as a liaison, provide RV Rental services information, and resolve any emerging concerns that our customer account s might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a non-supervisory role that requires the performance of higher level, more complex duties, and possession of advanced, specialized skills. Supporting the CSR team and being an ambassador of Fraserway and Four Seasons Rentals, you are an expert in providing rental information, sharing local area knowledge, and ensuring that our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are always exceeded.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Providing fast and efficient service with our arrival and departure processes
  • Demonstrating features of the RV Rental Fleet
  • Responsible for daily preparation of upcoming business, this includes the final quality check the vehicles for the next day, rental contracts, vehicle manuals, WIFI/GPS, etc.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of all company-related practices
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • Be fluent in English (German, French or Dutch speaking is considered an asset)
