We're seeking an energetic, creatively driven, and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic eCommerce team at our Dartmouth location! Your core responsibilities will include creatively fulfilling orders with meticulous attention to detail, actively contributing to evolving our brand through innovative gift designs, and supporting our customer service team by calling couriers, answering client inquiries, sending invoices, pricing, and responding to emails.

This fast-paced, physical work environment demands excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the flexibility to collaborate closely with teammates or work independently as needed.

A passion for the creative process, enthusiasm for luxury gifting as an art form, and a desire to deliver memorable experiences to clients are essential. Opportunities for advancement are available, aligned with your unique skills and creative interests. Previous experience with eCommerce and Shopify is a definite asset.

Hours - Seeking Both Part and Full time - 7.5- 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-4Pm

Location: 34 Mount Hope Avenue, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

In this role you will:

Support multiple customer service team functions

to deliver a fun, seamless, and upscale client gifting experience (answering calls/emails, coordinating gift deliveries, addressing client requests, etc.).

Support various all stages of the gifting process

, including pulling orders, assembling gifts with creative precision, packing gifts for shipment, and managing shipping logistics, ensuring alignment with our high standards.

Collaborate closely with the team

to creatively curate and develop new products, gift designs, and customized gifting solutions that enhance our client experience and drive business growth, including tailored designs for corporate clients.

Support multiple customer service team functions

to deliver a fun, seamless, and upscale client gifting experience (answering calls/emails, coordinating gift deliveries, addressing client requests, etc.).

Positively contribute to business growth and sales goals

, supporting both online retail and corporate gifting channels.

Assist with studio operational efficiency

by collaborating with the team in receiving and unpacking product shipments, maintaining inventory, supporting website updates, enhancing and improving operational processes, and strategic planning as needed.

Oversee and maintain the gifting workspace

, ensuring cleanliness, optimal setup, and efficiency through regular tidying and organizational duties within the studio environment.
