Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Union Lighting, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering relationships with our clients. This is a full-time, in-person position. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein en presentiel. La disponibilite les fins de semaine est requise.
Responsabilites
Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel en repondant rapidement aux demandes et en resolvant les problemes.
Conseiller les clients dans le choix de produits correspondant a leurs besoins et a leurs preferences.
Utiliser des techniques de vente suggestive pour bonifier l'experience d'achat.
Maintenir a jour et avec exactitude les dossiers des interactions et transactions avec les clients.
Faire preuve d'une bonne connaissance des produits afin de presenter clairement leurs caracteristiques et avantages.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe pour assurer une experience d'achat fluide et agreable.
Exigences
Experience pertinente en service a la clientele ou en vente (atout).
Excellentes habiletes de communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Capacite a gerer efficacement plusieurs taches a la fois tout en maintenant un grand souci du detail.
Connaissance des processus de saisie de donnees et des bonnes pratiques telephoniques.
