George Wakefield Foods Inc.

is a distributor of fresh and frozen food products. Our diverse product lines contain everything from fruit juice, milk, and cheese, with our main product line being ice cream. We have operations spanning from Saskatchewan to Ontario, with our head office located in Winnipeg, MB.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Location:

1225 Plessis Rd. Winnipeg MB, R2C 3L9

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create sales materials including product sell sheets and power point presentations. Create a positive customer experience by meeting customer's needs quickly, professionally and accurately Place outbound sales calls Answer questions about products, customer accounts, deliveries, orders, etc Take initiative to promote new and existing products Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers Enter orders into appropriate computer system in an accurate and timely manner Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics Complete other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and solve problems Excellent time management skills Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment Team player Strong computer data entry skills, paying close attention to detail Will need to pass a criminal record check Authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
