Nelson Homes in Lloydminster, AB, is looking for a

Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Warranty Coordination:

Manage incoming service and warranty calls. Schedule service representatives and subcontractors for home repairs. Order necessary materials for efficient service completion.

Warranty & Claims Management:

Investigate warranty and error claims for home packages. Work directly with customers to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with multiple Nelson divisions to resolve claims.
?

Sales Support & Administration:

Assist outside sales representatives with home order paperwork and quotes. Work with dealers and customers throughout the sales process. Perform material take-offs and price home options.
?

Safety & Compliance:

Coordinate and maintain safety documents. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You Bring:

? A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
? Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
? A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
? Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
?

Bonus:

Knowledge of construction and blueprints, as well as previous customer service experience.
