Dornett is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service & Sales Administrative Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who wants to build a career in customer service, sales support, and office administration within a B2B wholesale environment.
You will be the first point of contact for customers while also supporting the sales and operations team with order processing and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
Customer Service & Front Desk
Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Take customer orders by phone, email, and in person
Respond to customer emails promptly
Provide basic product information (training provided)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Sales Support
Assist sales staff with quotes and order follow-ups
Enter orders and customer information into the system
Follow up with customers on quotes, backorders, or delivery status
Upsell or suggest related products when appropriate
Help build long-term customer relationships
Administrative Support
Prepare invoices, packing slips, and documentation
File and organize paperwork
Assist with data entry and reporting
Support general office operations
