Customer Service / Retail Associate - Women's Medical Specialty Store
We're looking for a friendly, people-oriented team member to join our fast-paced women's medical specialty store. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Retail experience required Comfortable using computers and performing general office tasks Strong communication and organizational skills Medical knowledge or experience (such as a retired nurse or someone familiar with healthcare products) is a plus a hair stylist is also well suited
Schedule:
Must be available to work
Saturdays
Must be available1-2 evenings per week
Job Duties:
Provide compassionate, personalized assistance to clients in a supportive, professional environment Help clients select
chemotherapy hats, scarves, and wigs
suited to their needs and preferencesFit clients for mastectomy bras, breast forms, and lymphedema sleeves
with care and accuracy Maintain detailed records ofclient accounts, orders, and fittings
Learn product information and fitting techniques; ongoing study and training are expected Handleproduct pricing, inventory management, and restocking
as needed Performgeneral office duties
, including computer work, filing, and answering phones Assist withstore cleaning and organization
