About the role Location: 235 Wilson Drive, Milton As a Customer Service Representative, you will help provide customers with a positive shopping experience while operating day to day activities. You will work within a customer facing capacity, generating revenue growth by providing excellent customer service, and maximising opportunities across all customer segments. Your Responsibilities  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing efficient and professional customer service  Administer retail transactions, handle cash, and effectively address issues or concerns where appropriate  Align with the company's governing regulations, policies and procedures  Sound knowledge of products, stocking of inventory and assisting in display of merchandise  Safeguard the company by ensuring proper sales of age-restricted products  Maintaining clean and organized work environment  Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences Requirements  1 year of proven experience in a customer facing role in the retail industry  Effective verbal and written communication skills  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment  Detailed oriented, organized and highly motivated  Passion and pride for continuously delivering an outstanding customer experience
