We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team to cover a leave of absence. May lead to permanent full time or part time position.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze situations and communicate solutions clearly.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Dependable with the ability to thrive while working independently
Must have reliable transportation and work will alternate daily between our Kitchener, Waterloo and New Hamburg locations on a weekly schedule. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in New Hamburg and Tuesday and Thursday in Waterloo. Public transportation not available for all sites.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
