The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is primarily responsible for customers needs after the initial sale has been made. The CSR role also requires the individual to assist with marketing videos, testimonials, and reviews. The CSR will also assist with tradeshows, working their own leads from end-to-end as well as working leads that have gone cold.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with traveling approximately 25-30% of the time. You will deliver product from time to time and video tape installations and testimonials for marketing purposes, as well as help solve customer issues. During your travels, you may also be called upon to visit new potential customers and dealers. You will also assist with the setup/tear down of display booths at tradeshows, and assist in staffing the booth. You will work any leads from beginning to end that you obtain at the trade shows.
As a Customer Service Representative, you provide product support while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers to achieve individual and company goals.
Evolution Wheel is in the process of hard charging into the construction and agricultural markets with new products specifically designed to meet the needs of todays farming demands. Knowledge of the agricultural and/or heavy equipment industry will be given preference, but not mandatory. The successful candidate must be able to communicate with the clients in these industries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist them with any issues/problems they may experience.
Proactively retain clients and close new sales with them.
Visit existing and potential clients to secure existing and new business.
Deliver product at times with the Marketing Team to generate videos for Marketing purposes.
Proactively generate customer testimonials, videos, photos, and reviews of Evolution Wheel it's products.
Attend and assist with industry tradeshows, including booth setup/tear down and working leads obtained from the shows.
Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions
Maintain sales CRM system ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
Administer sales processes and systems including weekly call plans, emails, quotes, call reports and other duties
Attended tradeshows to promote product line and generate new leads
What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience in a B2B sales environment and/or Customer Care experience.
Valid Passport (or be eligible to obtain one upon employment)
Post-Secondary Education and a technical or business background is a plus
Construction/mining equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment will be given preference but not mandatory.
Knowledge of agriculture market is a plus
Experience prospecting customers via telephone, email or a social network
Experience maintaining existing customer relationships via telephone, email, and in person.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement
Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset
