We are seeking a full-time customer service representative who will be responsible for:
Answering phone calls and customer inquiries
Assisting customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests
Offering sales staff support through follow-up emails and documentation
Data entry into data base
Order processing (entering, preparing, shipping and tracking orders)
Preparing and sending invoices
Coordinating and booking freight with carriers.
Must have minimum high school education and 1 year experience in customer service. Candidate must be highly proficient in English and/or a second language (particularly French). Attention to detail is necessary. Candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-pace environment and be able to problem solve and critically think on their own. Candidates with previous experience in logistics and a warehouse environment (shipping, receiving, forklift license) is an asset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Schedule:
