As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a

Customer Service Representative (LTL Division)

who will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests. This role reports to the Office Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE IN A CSR ROLE IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IS MANDATORY

Responsibilities:

Create freightbills

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Update forms & reports

Manage customers' accounts

Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions

Answering telephone

Willing to work occasional extended hours as required

Other duties as required

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

Grade 12 graduation 1 year experience working in an office environment Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Experience AND Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Good analytical and mathematical skills Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Hours and Location:

Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 15:30 Terminal Location: Kamloops, BC

Remuneration:

$44,000 - $48,000 per year based on experience
