Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Duties

Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately to customers Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow Handle basic paperwork, insurance information, and customer records Process payments and invoices as needed Maintain a clean and organized front office area Resolve customer questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism

Experience

Previous customer service experience required (automotive or collision repair experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual language skills are a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
