Position: Customer Service Representative/ Restricted Auto Broker

Location:

Debden, SK | Full-Time | In-Office (Monday - Friday)

Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative / Restricted Auto Broker is responsible for our customer experience. What You will Do

Be a key contact for motor license and auto fund insurance transactions. Build long-term relationships with clients by offering clear and trusted guidance. Evaluate and process changes to client auto insurance needs. Handle client invoicing, payments, and data entry with accuracy. Manage documents, filing, scanning, and record keeping. Answer incoming phone calls and ensure a positive client experience. Support office operations by monitoring supplies and maintaining a tidy, professional environment. Provide backup support for other CSRs or brokers at the Debden office. Assist with community-facing events such as open houses. Contribute to team success with a willingness to help where needed.

What You Bring

Previous experience in customer service or office administration. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning new software systems. Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Restricted Auto Broker License (or interest in completing training--licensing support provided). Minimum of Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalency. A commitment to client-first service.
