ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Your core job as a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) within our call center would be to handle inbound calls from existing and new customers with a professional attitude. You would be directly responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience using first call resolution skills and providing accurate information to all customers while resolving customer inquiries.
You would be working from home on a full-time basis with the expectation of coming into the office occasionally for training, coaching, and/or team-building exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls from customers
Provide appropriate support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolution
Perform data entry associated with the position
Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics
Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value added
Suggest products to meet their needs
Provide alternative methods to interact with the organization (online portals, help site)
Perform other duties as business needs dictate.
Perform any other general duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Being fluently bilingual in French and English is a requirement
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an asset
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Strong knowledge of PC navigation and Microsoft Office products
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
High-speed internet access;
Home offices are required to be hazard-free, private, and quiet; a video tour of space may be required
SCHEDULING AND ONBOARDING
Training schedule for the first three weeks will be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
Work schedule subsequent to training would include shifts from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 9 pm and weekends between 9 am - 5 pm
