Customer Service Representative, Full-Time (Outbound Agent)

Job Location: Client Contact Center, Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Flexibility required to work evenings and Saturdays (based on a six-week rotation)

The Nitty-Gritty of What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to our customers and (hopefully soon-to-be-customers) to share information about our FFUN sales initiatives, service appointments and follow-ups
  • Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us.
  • Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with customers.
  • Manage customer information databases.
  • Setting and confirming customer appointments.
  • Produce reports when necessary.
Some superhero traits we are looking for:
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Customer service guru, in other words a people person.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Computer literate and telephone savvy.
  • Passion for teamwork.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales.
