Job Description

C&C Insurance Agencies is a busy brokerage focused on customer service and attention to detail. We are currently looking to expand our team with an Insurance Advisor on a full-time basis. Job Information: The candidate selected for this position will be carrying out work including, but not limited to the following:

• Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
• Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
• Assisting customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
• Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties
• Any other job-related tasks as required by management
• Must be willing to be flexible and potentially work at both of our locations (Coquitlam/Langley). if/when needed.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Flexible schedule
• Full-Time
• Work some Saturdays as required

Education

• Secondary School
• Level 1 Insurance License (preferred)
• We are willing to provide the resources to help obtain licensing for the right candidate

Experience

• Data entry
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in the Insurance Industry
• Previous experience in an office environment

Language

• Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
• Ability to communicate in English
