Your Role:

As a

Customer Service Representative

, you will be the first point of contact for our valued B2B customers. You'll provide top-tier support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency Manage customer accounts: process orders, handle returns, and update information Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues Maintain strong product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

What You Bring:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in customer service or sales support (B2B or warranty experience is a plus)

Bilingual (English & French)

- written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

CRM systems

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work overtime when needed
