DescriptionOur Mississauga client who is a large manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!This Customer Service Representative position features:
- Salary of $50,000/year-$60,000/year + month bonuses of $400/month based on team performance.
- Vacation: 2 weeks-3 weeks + 5 paid sick days + 10 unpaid personal days.
Employment Type: Permanent.Duties and Responsibilities:-Build customer relationships to enhance the customer order experience.
-Perform system invoicing across product lines.
-Efficiently and accurately process orders.
-Handle credit card payments, credit memos, and reference checks.
-Participate in administrative tasks.
-Collaborate with the Sales team as inside sales support by maintaining customer information and generating customer data.
-Explain sales offers, products, and benefits to prospective and existing customers, including handling customer situations.
-Process sales orders through B2B and B2C web portals.Requirements and Qualifications:-3-5 years of previous Customer Service experience.
-Experience in the manufacturing/distribution industries.
-Proficiency with Sage 100 or other equivalent ERP systems.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and creatively.
-Ability to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced work environment.
