Samsung - CSR Position



Our team is growing Samsung team as we are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The individual will be part of the Csr team and responsible as main key person between our service facility and customers.

Full time - Monday thru Saturday (9-5pm)

Job description:

Receive customers at our walk-in service facility and process their products for service. Provide information and support to all customers. Create service tickets for servicing requests. Follow up with estimates, ETA's with details. Return inbound calls.
Requirements for the applicants;

Experience in the wireless field if possible. Experience as a customer service or similar. Presentable and amicable. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to multitask.
The candidate will be provided on the job training and will work with a team of customer service representatives. All candidates applying for the position will be considered and selected candidates will be called for an interview. We thank all candidates who have applied for the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
