Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator is a key part of our team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and performing administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. You will also support our safety and marketing departments with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Entry
Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Accurately process orders in our transportation management system.
Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams to manage shipments and resolve issues.
Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating when needed.
Prepare and send quotes, confirmations, and proofs of delivery.
Office Administration & Support
Manage reception, greet visitors, and route calls.
Sort mail and prepare outgoing packages.
Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
Monitor office supplies and maintain an organized office.
Assist with administrative tasks for other departments, including safety and marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2+ years in customer service, order entry, or office administration.
Transportation/logistics experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS or ERP systems preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
