Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% remote
Salary: Up to $30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary for one year
Our partner in the pharmaceutical industry is growing and is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team located in Saint-Laurent. 100% remote position and comes with a strong possibility of permanency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Work with customers and ensure excellent service and communication
- Respond to emails and answer calls
- Assist with contract creation
- Coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot various issues
- Track payments and ensure the charges are appropriate and within budget
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Bilingual to support medical professionals and representatives that are outside of the Quebec region
- Experience as a coordinator/administration and/or customer service on phone
- Strong computer skills
- Great attention to detail
