Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our POS system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on customer needs.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
